Fran Waldman President - Managing Partner
For over a decade, Fran Waldman has been a respected realtor in Northeast Tarrant County, specializing in fine homes and real estate. A top sales producer with more than a dozen professional awards, a designation as one of D Magazine’s Top 10 Residential Realtors, as well as certifications in both new construction and relocation, Fran keenly understands the nuances of successfully marketing both resale and new home construction.
In addition to her expertise as a realtor, Fran’s years of experience and attention to detail have resulted in strong relationships with some of the area’s most respected builders. She has partnered closely with clients during the building process, providing advise and direction each step of the way, ensuring satisfied customers who consistently recommend Fran to their families and colleagues.
A native northeasterner, Fran relocated to Texas with her family in 1997. Since then she’s become ingrained in the community both personally and professionally. Fran introduced to the area Altrusa, an international women’s organization dedicated to community service, by starting the first Dallas/Fort Worth ASTRA junior service club at Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas. A past president of Altrusa DFW, Fran was honored in 2003 with the introduction of the Frances D. Waldman ASTRA scholarship.
